Robotic Technology

For some years Sandwell UK has been developing its own machines and software. The progression to introduce complete robotic technology process control has been a challenge that we have embraced. Multi axis control and pre and post processing of data is what makes the final optimised process so satisfying.

Our latest robotic technology has resulted in a fully synchronous 8 axis robotic peening cell. With this equipment now in the final stages of process validation we intend to develop both the hardware and software for new shot peening cells, taking the knowledge and skills learned from this initial project.
